Seafood is also a treasure of a wide variety of fish and shellfish. Some of the island’s most popular seafood dishes include “kakavia” a unique fish soup.
Also the majority of the restaurants source their ingredients from local farmers and fisherman, and offer a fusion of traditional and modern dishes.
